What: Mini Windows XP Theme
Color: Red and Grey

Why: Because the ones that come with Windows XP are boring, and this theme looks great with black and white photographs.
How:
1. Download this patcher thing. (windows likes to put things in the way of customization, this gets rid of one of these barriers)
2. Run the patcher thing, Windows will come up with a window whining about how you broke it and they want you to fix it, ignore them, they are just trying to supress our freedoms. At some point your theme will go to classic, dont panic.
3. Reboot computer when it tells you to.
4. Download my theme
5. Unzip it to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes
6. Double click the icon in C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes, a window will come up for Display properties, click apply, wait, and enjoy!

Now that you have this awesome theme, let's see about getting you a windows media player taskbar menu. This is good for windows media player 10 and 11.
< This is what the Windows Media Player 11 Taskbar controller looks like.
< This is what the Windows Media Player 10 Taksbar controller looks like.
The Windows Media Player 11 controller seems to look better with my theme than the older one, you're choice.

Windows Media Player 10

Windows Media Player 11

Now, after installing one of these two media players, right click your taskbar, go toolbars>and then make sure windows media player is selected, now start windows media player and minimize it. Cool huh?

Now, for the small icons in the start menu quicklaunch menu, this will allow you to clear your desktop to show off your background.
1. Right click your start button, select properties
2. Click the start menu tab
3 . With the Start Menu radio button selected, click Customize
4. Select the Small Icons radio button, and under programs up the number of programs shown.
5. Apply these changes.
6. To remove shortcuts from the start menu, right click them and then click remove, to add shortcuts, you can right click a shortcut in windows explorer or in the start menu groups and click pin to start menu.
